Bounded on four sides by an industrial mill, Park Street was designed to offer comfortable loft-style living in a setting that blends in with the adjacent commercial properties. The result was ten loft-style condominiums featuring 1,600 to 2,000 square feet of living space. Hardwood flooring and ceiling heights from 10-feet to 18-feet provide the ambience of a converted mill space in a newly-constructed building. Development costs for the project, which was financed by Danvers Savings Bank, totaled $5.8 million.
