Whitman Woods was completed in two phases between 2010 and 2012. The first phase of construction, which consisted of three three-story buildings, was delivered in 2010. Its 72 units were fully leased within six months. The fourth building, adding an additional 24 units, was completed in Feburary 2011 and fully leased within three months.
