At Dakota Partners, the housing is affordable, and the residents are first responders, teachers, service industry employees and other hard-working community members whose wages often can’t sustain a market-rate home.

What our residents want is the same as anyone else – a comfortable, warm, inviting home in a vibrant community. They are also increasingly interested in a sustainable, energy-efficient home. This is a primary reason that, in 2016, Dakota Partners began focusing our work on Passive House design and construction.
