Dakota Partners is proud to be listed among Affordable Housing Finance’s annual list of the Top 50 Affordable Housing Developers in the nation for 2020.

With 387 units started in 2020 and 125 units completed, Dakota has been ranked #40. We last appeared on the list in 2018, ranking 50th. With several projects under construction and many more in the pipeline, we hope to continually rank higher on the list year after year!
