Another piece of the financing puzzle has fallen into place for Oxoboxo Lofts in Montville, CT! We’re honored to be among the firms awarded a portion of the $17.9 million in funding by the State of Connecticut and Governor Ned Lamont to remediate blighted properties and put them back into productive use.

An adaptive reuse project, Oxoboxo Lofts, will transform an historic turn of the century mill and approximately 100,000 square feet of industrial space into 72 – studio, one- and two- bedroom apartment homes. Located in Montville, CT and bordered by the Thames River, the former cotton and textile mill will provide housing opportunities for all segments of the local market, including market rate apartments, workforce housing and affordable opportunities.
