Friar’s Court is located in the quaint, New England town of Hudson, NH and is just 20 miles from Manchester. The property is located on an 11-acre site off Lowell Road, or Route 3A, which connects it directly to Nashua two miles away.
Friar’s Court is a two-phase project made up of two separate buildings, the first of which will include 47 units. Phase 2 will include the second building of 34 units and a Clubhouse for all residents to use. Each of the buildings will be a mix of one- and two-bedroom units. This is the first family-affordable development in Hudson.
Construction will be entirely designed as Certified Passive House to ensure high-energy efficiency throughout the year.
While there is currently no access through the 80 acres of woods behind Friar’s Court, part of Dakota Partners’ plan is to build a road that will support greater commercial access.
