Dakota Partners established its presence in the Mid-Atlantic market by transforming a 5.2-acre site in Newport News, consisting of five contiguous lots, into Huntington Village. This much needed mixed-income, multi-family residential community fills a void of new and desirable affordable housing for the area.

Construction commenced in early 2019. Residents began moving into their new homes in late 2021.
